A Duty Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of Front Office daily operations while leading the team to maintain high standard of service and create exceptional experiences to all guest. Deals with the arrival and departure processes for all guests includes performing check-in and check-out procedures.- The Duty Manager should present himself/herself as a senior representative of managers in the handling of all guest requests and complaints concerning services affecting the hotel operations.- Lead and manage all aspects of the shift and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service- Ensure correct communication between Front Office and other internal departments- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests- Assist Front Office management in the training and development of the team- Assist Front Office management in reaching key KPI index such as guest satisfaction, upselling results and guest personalization.- Liaise with the Front Office Manager to establish, review, and monitor standards within each section of the department.- Organize effectively and efficiently the Front Office operations according to policies and procedures**Job Requirements**:- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.- 3 years as a front office supervisor or Assistant Manager.- Required language: Malay & English, Mandarin.- Malaysian Citizen only.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Rotational shiftApplication Question(s):- Notice period- Current salary- Expected salary- Reason leaving current employment**Experience**:- duty manager: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
