E-Commerce Administrator / Office Administrator

Details of the offer

-To execute data entry of purchase invoices and sales invoices.-To execute data entry of stock movements in the warehouse -To execute data entry for new customers/ suppliers and all required information along with it. -To carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents (Eg: Printing / Filing / Arranging documents / etc.)-To be detail-oriented in all documentation to avoid unnecessary repetition of certain tasks. -Keep data, records, and reports up to date. -To be punctual every day, to ensure deliveries will be planned well by communicating with the relevant parties. -To be acceptable towards ad hoc tasks to ensure operations are smoothly executed.   [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-the-meat-experts-sdn-bhd-job-e-commerce-administrator-office-administrator]
-Good organizational, administrative and coordination skills.-Experience and/ or knowledge on bookkeeping and filing-To be good at basic math and logic-Quick typing skills-Strong attention to detail -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Expert in PowerPoint and Excel will be an advantage). -Ability to perform in fast-paced environments -Willingness to learn-Good self-discipline, driven and motivated.-Able to multitask and fill in the gaps as and when required.-Able to work independent.-Proficient in written and spoken in English.-Possess good interpersonal skills.
