E-Commerce Executive

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for uploading product pictures, website content, maintenance and any updates.Set up E-commerce media strategy & Content Asset Managemen via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and etc).Report, analyse and improve all online marketing strategies in line with company on going campaigns.Manages the online store on a day-to-day basis (SKU edition, pricing changes, sales order synchronization, store banner management).Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs).Assist in developing business plan and marketing and operational plan.Involve in e-commerce business development, formulate strategies and manage all e-commerce sales and marketing related matters.Responsible to arrange order fulfilment. To process the order, monitor packing and ensure delivery to customer is completed.Promote online selling via various platforms.Drives the internal planning cycle to ensure we have a good demand projection for the channels.Liaise and maintain good business relationship with E-commerce market places Job Requirements: Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, E-Commerce or equivalent.Strong problem-solving skills and able to think out of the box.Strong leadership with strategic vision and drive.Structured and has good analytical skills.Understand of E-Commerce and Apps backend system.Basic Photoshop skills and copywriting skills.7 to 10 years of experience.Sensitive towards current trend and familiar with digital industry.Eager to learn and willing to explore every available opportunity or resources to develop.
