Job descriptionProduct Management:Upload and manage product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.Order Processing & Customer Service:
Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring smooth processing of online orders from payment to delivery.Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to track shipments and manage returns.Address customer inquiries related to product details, order status, and returns/refunds.Promotions & Marketing:
Implement promotions, flash sales, and discount codes in collaboration with the marketing team.Update banners and promotional content on the website during campaigns (e.g., 10.10, 11.11).Work with the marketing team on strategies like email marketing, Google ads, and social media campaigns to drive traffic.Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, average order value, and bounce rates.Prepare reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.Monitor website traffic and user behavior to improve the user experience.Customer Experience Optimization:
Ensure that the website provides a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.Work with web developers to resolve bugs or improve site functionality.Continuously optimize product pages, payment gateways, and navigation to enhance the shopping journey.Marketplace Management Manage product listings on third-party e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, or Amazon.Coordinate promotional activities on these platforms and ensure timely updates of product information.Monitor inventory levels and ensure that product availability is reflected accurately on the website.Ensure accurate categorization and tagging of products for easy navigation.
