E-Commerce Executive

-Product Management


-Oversee the creation, optimization, and management of product listings across various e-commerce platforms.


-Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock levels are maintained.


-Website and Platform Management


-Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website or platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, etc.).


-Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional, aligning with the brand and customer needs.


-Online Marketing and Promotions


-Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), email marketing, and promotions.


-Work with the marketing team to create and promote special offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.


-Sales and Performance Tracking


-Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behaviors, and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, etc.


-Implement strategies to increase conversions, reduce cart abandonment, and improve average order value.


-Customer Experience


-Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers by optimizing the website's navigation, checkout process, and customer service.


-Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.


-Inventory and Order Management


-Coordinate with the inventory and logistics team to ensure stock levels are accurate and orders are fulfilled on time.


-Oversee order processing, returns, and exchanges to ensure smooth operations.


-Market Research and Competitor Analysis


-Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies in the e-commerce industry.


-Use insights to suggest product adjustments or new strategies to improve sales.


-Reporting and Analytics


-Generate regular reports on key e-commerce metrics, such as sales growth, traffic sources, and customer engagement.


-Provide actionable recommendations to improve e-commerce performance and profitability.

; Requirements:- Education and Experience:



-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


-Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing (1 years preferred).

Skills:



-Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce) and website management.


-Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques (PPC, SEO, email marketing, etc.).


-Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.


-Excellent communication and customer service skills.


-If you familiar with TikTok platform will be advantage.


-If you have experienced Live Host, will be advantage.
