E-Commerce Manager / Asst Manager
Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Job Responsibilities:- •Develop and carry out strategic online marketing plans for the company web store and all related marketplaces.
•Liaise with the in-house and/or platform designer to develop and alter the company website as needed.
•Liaise with 3rd party marketplaces for all promotion and campaign activities.
•Analyse effectiveness of each promotion campaign and follow up on future planning.
•Planning and liaising with 3rd party logistic partners.
•Ensure all products are uploaded and synced with full description & price within a reasonable time frame. Planning on new and existing products upload and removal respectively.
•Analyses on conversation rate, web store traffic, page view, cancelled order, return order, unpaid order, etc..
•Optimize all sales tools and provide training to e-commerce employees.
•Set a budget for sales, database, follower and to plan for e marketing expenditures in advance and develop a plan to maximize sales and profit.
•Responsible for all social media and A&P related to e-commerce activities. Ensure social media follower targets are achieved.
•Work together with Inhouse Hosts, plan Live schedule and ensure successful Livestreams
•Strategize with and assist the Marketing Department with Ad Buying activities.
•Planning and implementing an online Brands awareness campaign with other marketing activities.
•Plan and execute overseas expansion initiatives
Job Requirements: •Possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Professional Degree in Marketing, Business, E- Commerce or equivalent.
•Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in eCommerce management.
•Proven track record in managing online marketplaces accounts, developing and executing sales strategies.
•Strong knowledge of MS Office and computer literacy. Demonstrated capabilities of utilising Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO
•Excellent communications skills in both written and verbal English.
•Able to work in a team.
•Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok.etc
•Strong capability in using analytics to track trends, identify opportunities, and optimize performance.
•Creativity, innovation and Strong analytical skills.
