E-Commerce Operation Cum Store Management Admin

We are one of the most notable motorcycle dealer & accessories shop in Malaysia, and we are growing tremendously fast in E-commerce & marketplace retail as well. We are seeking young, energetic & creative candidate to join our team to grow together in this fast growing industry.
The job scope is as follow:
- Assisting in managing online marketplace account (Lazaada / Shoppee / etc) and online daily operation
- Assisting in marketplace order fulfilments & locating stock & preparing parcels for delivery
- Online and in-house retail inventory & stock management
- Managing customer enquiry & online PM reply
- To maintain the online store design & product display
- Assisting in photo & video shooting of product as well as editing for online product display.
- Assisting in managing social media advertisement
- Assisting manager in handling ad hoc project

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing / Business / Digital Design / Graphic Design or equivalent
- Preferably with experience and strong interest in online e-commerce & marketplace (Shoppee, Lazaada)
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Able to read & write in Bahasa Melayu, English
- Familiar with online platform like Lazaada, Shoppee, E-commerce, Facebook, Instagram etc…
- Moderate in computer knowledge (Microsoft, Email)
- Added advantage with knowledge in using design tools (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop)
- Added advantage with photo & video shooting & editing skills
- Great advantage if able to do Facebook / Instagram LIVE or video presentation.
- Can work as a team, Hardworking, Willing to learn and Challenge
