Business Sector: Cosmetics and Skincare
-Assist in create, update, and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and images. (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.).
-Process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
-Monitor and update product stock levels, coordinating with brand, warehouse and related teams as needed.
-Assist in customer service team to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return processes to ensure a positive customer experience.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
-Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
-Support the creation and analysis of sales performance reports and metrics.
-Identify and escalate any operational issues to senior management for timely resolution.
-Assist in improving internal processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
-Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Brands owners and Ecommerce marketers, Marketplace account managers, Logistics, Media Partners and Finance to ensure timely communication and completion of tasks.
-Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior/Company.

-Diploma / Degree in Ecommerce, Business, Data Analysis or any other related fields.
-Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic data analysis.
