Title: Ecommerce Executive
Report to: E-commerce Manager
Role & Responsibilities The responsibilities of an Ecommerce Specialist include:
1. Developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase
conversion rates, and boost sales, support the daily operations of the e-commerce platform
functions.
2. Managing and optimizing the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually
appealing, and aligned with the company's branding and messaging
3. Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement effective digital marketing
campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
4. Analyzing website traffic and customer behaviour data to identify areas for improvement
and make data-driven decisions to enhance the customer experience.
5. Working closely with fulfilment partners to ensure efficient ordering processing, inventory
management, and timely delivery.
6. Monitoring and responding to customer reviews, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and
professional manner to maintain a positive online reputation
7. Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-
commerce and online retail to implement innovative solutions and gain a competitive edge.
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, IT, Business Development and
Customer Service, to ensure smooth operation and alignment across all channels
9. Support and collaborate with third party e-commerce platforms account managers (Lazada,
Shopee, Zalora, Tiktok and etc) in planning and implementing online sales campaigns.
10. Responsible for stock inventory accuracy and to address any discrepancy
11. Generate analysis and sales reports in regular basis

Requirements 1. Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related
field is typically required. Previous experience in ecommerce or online retail, specifically within the
bed linen industry, is highly desirable.
2. Ecommerce Platform Experience: Proficiency in managing and optimizing ecommerce platforms,
such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Tiktok & etc.
3. Product Management: Experience in managing product listings, including writing compelling
product descriptions, optimizing images, and managing inventory. Knowledge of SKU management,
product categorization, and pricing strategies.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to interpret website analytics, customer data, and sales
reports to identify trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and areas for improvement. Proficiency
in using data visualization tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.
5. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to
effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. Ability to
manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and fulfillment partners.
6. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is crucial to ensure accurate and consistent product
information, pricing, and inventory management. Ability to spot and fix errors on the website
promptly.
7. Passion for the Industry: A genuine interest and passion for the bed linen and home decor
industry, keeping up with industry trends, and staying informed about the latest products, styles,
and customer preferences. A creative mindset is desirable to bring innovation and new ideas to the
ecommerce platform.
