RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Familiar with pre-contract and post-contract work such as tender.
-Ability to independently prepare, review, analyze various tender documents according to the bidding requirements and specifications. Ensure timely submission of all tenders.
-To firm up list of Tender and proper necessary approval paper, prepare technical and commercial proposals. Knowledge of tender submission requirements and compilation tender submissions.
-To create construction project management plan / schedule, with project deliverables and milestones.
-To prepare and review project budget, cost estimate, and timeline throughout the design and construction works.
-Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain material and labor price for tender propose.
-Have adequate knowledge of understanding Electrical and ELV tender drawings and able to pick up tender quantities for bill of materials or quantities (BOM/BOQ)
-Able to attend tender meeting and do presentation for tender proposal.
-Will liaise with executive management and engineer team for tender finalization.
-Attend to other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

; Requirements:- WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
-Minimum 2 years of working experience, skillful and relevant hands-on experience in related fields.
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / IT/ Quantity Survey or related field.
-Able to work independently, well organized, discipline and highly efficient to meet datelines.
-Ability to independently prepare various tender documents according to the bidding requirements.
-Independent, resourceful, and driven with strong leadership skills
-Good knowledge of suppliers and manufactures database as well as pricing.
-Have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
-Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
-Preference is given to those with relevant experience in large companies.
-Proficient in CAD, MS Projects, and other professional software
-Where project peak periods, willing to work extra hours and/or travel.
