Technology Development, Operation Management Engineer (TD Ops Engineer)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Operations Management
Administration of business practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible within TD, also covers Accelerated Technology Package Development Engineering (ATPDE) if needed.
Partner with internal customers and internal/external stakeholders to set project priorities, establish milestones, and drive schedules to meet deadlines.
Proactively assess stakeholders' dependencies and milestones, problem-solve and drive solutions to mitigate the impact from the issues.
Ensuring that the organization successfully converts inputs (Eg, materials, labor, and technology) into outputs (Eg, qualification of technode, recipes, etc) in an efficient manner.
Lead and coordinate all execution efforts in delivering engineering builds and TD operations per established standards and guidelines.
Lead effective meetings by setting the objectives, putting the right people in the room and driving detailed business and technical discussions/alignment. Document meeting discussions, decisions and future steps, ensuring alignment on expectations with internal customers and internal/external partner teams.
Identify and lead improvement initiatives that improve TD and cross-teams' efficiencies, optimizing the teams' value and delivery. Through collaboration, generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions in compressed periods of time.
Excel at building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple programs/projects.
Engineering Build/Lot Management
Work independently with internal and external teams to successfully manage TD builds.
Streamlines TD build schedules to meet program/project deadlines based on business priorities, avoid mis-handling or long staging time.
Optimize material preparation according to the project/requestor requirements without unnecessary waste.
On time delivery of materials and builds.
Forecast TD build and material demands based on past data and inputs from teams/stakeholders.
Get more done with the same resources through continuous improvement.
Call out risk, issues and roadblock to teams/stakeholders for immediate resolution.
Leadership
Tasked with the responsibility of leading and managing TD Ops Engineering Assistant (EA) on operational tactical execution.
Oversee one/multiple EA and provides an account of their activities and performance.
Responsible to strategize and supervise EAs' work and daily activities.
Forward-thinkers who influence and inspire their team members toward achieving Micron desired goal.
Persevere towards achieving a goal, have strong opinions, and confident.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering.
3+ years of experience in Semiconductor Backend Assembly Manufacturing or Operation Management.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional collaboration skills, thriving in a team environment
With good oral and written English communication skill
