Headquartered in San Diego, California, with additional offices in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific, the company employs over 8, people worldwide.Job Description:Conduct Preventive and Reparative Maintenance duties on automated production machinery, equipment and fixtures.Conduct troubleshooting for automated production machinery, including PLC, robotic system, vision system, pneumatic system and Electro/Mechanical system.Perform equipment moves and setups.
Assist Control engineer to perform equipment optimisation activities such as engineering studies, software coding testing / debugging / validation.Follow Dexcom's Safety and Lock Out/Tag out (LOTO) program.Other duties as assigned.Job Requirement:Diploma in Mechatronics or Electrical / Electronic engineering.2-5 years automated production machinery hands-on support experience.Must be able to comprehend electrical / pneumatic circuit diagram.Must be familiar with various electrical / electronic components with its functionality.Must possess minimum entry level of PLC knowledge, Allen Bradley experience is a plus.Must possess robotic system operation and troubleshooting experience.Experiences in vision system is an added advantage.
