Job Title:Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Engineering)

Responsibilities:Carry out daily Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) & Scrubber performance monitoring activities for all unit processes and operations.
Operate and maintain IETS & Scrubber equipment and ensure proper calibration.
Carry out daily IETS & Scrubber activities such as chemical dosing, sludge handling, cleaning, calibration, and equipment operation.
Ensure operation parameters are within control and specifications (pH, turbidity, pressure gauge reading, flow rate, etc.).
Conduct laboratory tests on water samples to monitor wastewater quality and ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintain detailed daily records of wastewater treatment & scrubber activities, including equipment maintenance logs and regulatory compliance records.
Respond immediately to emergency situations, such as equipment failures, power outages, and wastewater parameter issues.
Schedule waste management including 5S, waste code labeling & storage.
Ensure compliance and performance monitoring parameters meet DOE regulations.
Monitor and maintain consumable stock levels.
Adhere to health and safety rules and company work procedures.
Maintain good manufacturing practice, cleanliness, and tidiness in the workplace.
Any other duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
Required to work on Saturday & Sunday, including public holidays, and be available on call at any time.
Rest day will be determined on normal working weekday (Monday – Friday).
Required to work in rotating shifts (day & night).
Able to do repairing/maintenance job for electrical equipment, simple piping, etc.
Able to drive a forklift is an added advantage.
Willing to work in Bukit Minyak, Pulau Pinang.
