COMPETENCY LEVEL REQUIREMENTS: At least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Statistic or equivalent with minimum 3 to 5 years of experiences.Sound knowledge of various IT application systems preferable in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), workflow, manufacturing, Inventory management & others module.Proactive, open minded and possess driving attitude to lead discussion and execution of assignments.Organized, detail-oriented, confident, and engaging individual who can relate to people at all levels, both internally and externally.SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Business processes, systems, and data analysis experiences & skills. Working experience as an active user (or superuser) in any manufacturing industries is an added advantage. System support, changes, and project implementation experiences.Knowledge and experiences in system development lifecycle process and practicesExcellent interpersonal & communication skills, ability to communicate complex technical matters in user language and present ideas clearly to gain supports.Strong in rational, analytical & logical thinking skill to validate application against various business process scenarios.Good in communication (Written & Oral), test planning and documentation (user manual/guide & test script for User acceptance test (UAT). JOB SUMMARY:  Work with key/end users and the ERP team (both internal and external) to prepare master data, conduct user acceptance testing, provide training, and manage data migration DETAILS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Participate, study, understand and analyse business & operations processes (Manufacturing, Inventory management & others module) together with user group for the purpose of identifying detail business processUnderstand application and business process to identify detail test planning script & documentation.Support project management – user acceptance test activities.Liaison between, users, internal IT members and vendor management. Actively involved in User Acceptance Test.Prepare E-learning training material, coordinating & conduct training.Continue to own know-how of business processes and functionalities of systems domain in charged and assist in exploring, studying new technologies and practices.
