Erp Support Executive

Duties & Responsibilities Respond to incoming call from end users pertaining to the matters arise from M3, providing solution and advise where appropriatePerform diagnosis prior liaise with System Consultant to come up with the solutionActively involved in the application configuration, data conversion and implementation.Assist and manage users in the application testing and system rollout.Review and follow up outstanding issues reported to System Consultant and keep informing the progress to the usersTo prepare, distribute and maintain M3 user manualTo provide training to end users where appropriate or upon requestMaintain the Master Stock Code, Customer and Supplier ProfilesPreparedness to travel to other implementation sites where required by Company.Any job assigned by superior Skills Project management skills AND/OR end-user training skills.Flexible, able to work extra hours and effectively across all levels.Good time management, leadership and teamwork skills in order to meet the project timelines.Strong troubleshooting/problem solving and critical thinking skills. Qualification Degree or equivalent qualification in an IT or Accounting related discipline.Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skill.Hands-on implementation or user experience with ERP system.Good analytical and problem solving skillsHigh level of initiative and able to work independently2 – 3 years' experience in IT / ERP exposureFresh graduates is encouraged to apply
