Viper Advertising Solution is a marketing and advertising company established in 2019. We are professional in providing services for our most well know client. Our organization mission is to further grow our operation nationally and regionally and broaden into advertising ventures. Our objective is straightforward, to extend, legitimize and add demonstrable skill to events and roadshow advertising industry all through the district. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide more data about events to people in general through a progression of campaigns and events occurring around the nation.
- Provides powerful effective advertising, information and marketing services to the clients from all works of life to meet and satisfy their purpose.
- Lead the team by building up a vision and making a team culture according to the organization basic beliefs and execution ability.
- Responsible on creating campaign awareness such as attending the fair and exhibition and online exposure.
- Self motivated individual, able to prepare action plan and timetable to distinguished specific objective.
- Maintain great customer connections by offering help data and direction with propriety and tact and relationship building.
- Recruit people, provide training and develop people using a system provided from the company and to make sure its follow the company policies.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Have a good mentality and the spirit to become an entrepreneur.
- Good leadership skills, disciplined, well time management, a great role model and willing to take great responsibility on building a team.
- A person who likes to be a goal oriented person and knows how to achieve those goals.
- Excellent in communication skills both Malay and English. Any 3rd language is an advantage.
- Great in negotiating with other people. The ability to make good relationship with people around.
Education Background
- Candidates must possess at least SPM certificate
- Diploma in any fields (Preferred)
