We are looking for candidates to be posted at our office in Damansara Perdana.
Your responsibilities are To plan, brainstorm with the designer team of the event, keeping in mind the requirements of the client budget and spending plan.He/she is responsible for managing supplier relationships and ordering and production of products, equipment and items.Able to communicate with the client regularly and understanding their needs, event expectations and requirements.You are also require to be on the site to inspect the on going arrangements, preparations and the changes needed to suit as to ensure it goes smoothly and has no glitches.Should be creative enough to come up with interesting ideas regularlyExpert at planning budgets, negotiating and communicating with the clients Requirements: Ability to handle stress and work extra hours if necessaryDiploma/Degree in Marketing or Mass CommunicationMust be able to work independently with good problem solving skillsAn ability to multi-task and an eye for details.Aggressive and self-motivatedMust posses own transportation and be willing to travel (outstation/overseas)At least 3 years experience in the related field Requirements: 13th month salary & performance bonus incentive commissionAnnual dinner events
