Event & Marketing Executive

Event Management:
1. Event Planning and Coordination:
? Plan, organise, and execute events such as open houses, workshops, seminars, conferences,
and community outreach programs.
? Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure that events align with
educational objectives and organisational goals.
? Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and
accommodations.
2. Budget Management:
? Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial
goals.
? Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure favourable terms.
3.Promotion and Communication:
? Develop event marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital content.
? Manage event registration, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.
4. On-site Event Management:
? Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
? Coordinate with staff, volunteers, and vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
? Address any issues or emergencies that arise during events.
*5. Evaluation and Reporting
? Collect feedback and evaluate the success of events.
? Prepare post-event reports and analyses to inform future event planning.
Marketing Management:
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
? Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the organisation's
programs and initiatives.
? Identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage
them.
2. Content Creation and Management:
? Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including print and digital advertisements, social
media content, newsletters, and press releases.

? Ensure that all marketing content is consistent with the organisation's brand and messaging.
3. Digital Marketing:
? Manage the organisation's online presence, including website content, social media platforms,
and email marketing campaigns.
? Utilise SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and
engagement.
4. Partnership and Collaboration:
? Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as media outlets, community
organisations, and influencers, to enhance marketing efforts.
? Collaborate with internal departments to integrate marketing efforts across the organisation.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
? Conduct market research to understand trends, audience behaviour, and competitive
landscape.
? Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
6. Brand Management:
? Ensure consistent and effective use of the organisation's brand across all marketing and event
efforts.
? Protect and enhance the organisation's brand reputation through strategic communication and
outreach.
