We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent and authentic in everything we do.Key Responsibilities: Ensure the implementation of the Company SHE Policy for the prevention of injury, damage or loss to Company personnel and resources.Adhere to the risk assessment controls identified.Not interfere or misuse any equipment supplied.Maintain equipment supplied for carrying out work tasks including daily maintenance where appropriate.Use personal protective equipment supplied in accordance with site risk assessments and site rules.Attend any suitable training to ensure that they are competent to perform their duties safely.Comply with any rules specific to a particular site and any Company wide health, safety or environmental requirements.Report any injuries, unsafe acts or conditions to line managers.Support SHE policy to help deliver cultural development and sustained continual improvement in SHE performance.Raise SHE observation and update database timelyTo attend to all warehouse coordinating and administrative within the Warehouse & Logistics Department.Develop of process documents to support the optimization of SAP & EWM processTo manage the DOT SAP process and drive improvements in the systemTo provide system support in managing accuracy of InventoryEnsure EWM users and relevant parties getting adequate trainingTo enter and update documents onto the ERP correctly and timelyMaintain proper, accurate and up-to-date ERP system transactions, stocks movement records and filingEnsure relevant supply chain database file are updated in timely mannerParticipate in physical stock count and cycle countImplement and maintain proper routine housekeepingRaise ICAR or NCR whenever nonconformity occursEstablish and maintain health and safety procedures and ensure compliance and familiarity of the procedureRaise Purchase RequisitionRaise Plant Maintenance RequestTo update all leave applications and various allowances timely for staff in Warehouse department upon approval from the immediate ManagerWork & coordinate with QC & production personnel/team for any Non-Conformance items replacement/deliveryTo undertake related work assigned when deem necessary from time to timeMust be able to respond quickly to urgent work requirement, occasionally beyond normal working hoursTo undertake related work assigned when deem necessary from time to time.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Education required- Diploma in Warehouse or Logistic or any similar field studiesExperience required- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in similar job functionsOther skills required- Ability to show attention to detail, Good command in spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia, preferably with IT and SAP EWM knowledgeFounded in 1871, Weir is a world leading engineering business with a purpose to make mining operations smarter, more efficient and sustainable.
