We offer challenging and supportive working environment with opportunities for career development.**Excel Macros Specialist****Responsibilities**- Generate Macros encoded Excel sheets (e.g Master Price List) and handle adjustment that is based on market trends, production costs, profit margins, and sales volumes.- Developing auto updating and dynamic Excel workbooks for data analysis to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends.- Review and update Marcro Excel requirement needed for all other departments.- Preparing, maintaining, and presenting sales analysis reports and various other reports for managerial decision making.- Identify and collect data, quantify and analyze results, provide ongoing reports and interpret trends or patterns.- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.- Stock management and planning to ensure adequate stock at all time.- Involve in sales reports and other analysis report to support managerial decision making.- Recommend other required system or software for efficient processing of orders.**Requirements**:- Proficiency in Excel (Macros, Pivot table, V-look up) is mandatory. Knowledge of any business intelligence (BI) software preferred.- Have experience in programming and familiar with Excel user interface.- Have sound knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods and experience in a similar role.- Minimum one year of working experience in similar role.- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
