Overview
This role is responsible for maintaining inventory, costing controls, issuing PR/PO, as well as being the supporting role for Facilities cost forecasting and reporting.
You will be working with a collaborative team to provide decision support to the Finance and Facilities Management Team, a good opportunity to grow and advance your career.
Roles & Responsibilities
Follow up on monthly accruals with the entire department to support month-end close activities.
Assist in tracking/updating KPI outlook and metrics, preparation, and checking of financial reports for management review.
Support internal and external SOX walkthrough and process audits, ensuring inventory and costing control procedures are in compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements.
Participate in or drive internal company events like Buka Puasa dinner, Chinese New Year celebration, etc.
Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or management.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts/projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
3-5 years' experience in manufacturing costing or FP&A; a combination of both experiences would be an added advantage.
Knowledge/experience in Oracle ERP system and Hyperion.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess good analytical and reporting skills, with a solid understanding of manufacturing cost structure.
