Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the General Manager in daily operations, business planning, and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of the business environment, preferably within the FMCG sector, and fluency in both English and Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support:Provide comprehensive support to the General Manager, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and business reviews.Manage and prioritize incoming communications and respond on behalf of the General Manager as needed.2. Business Coordination: Assist in implementing business strategies and analyzing market trends relevant to the FMCG industry.Coordinate cross-functional teams to align objectives with the General Manager's goals.Oversee and track the progress of business projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.3. Communication and Liaison: Act as a bridge between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, including team members, clients, and partners.Ensure clear communication and foster productive relationships across departments.Facilitate bilingual communication and documentation (in English and Mandarin) for a seamless flow of information.4. Data and Analysis: Compile, analyze, and present data that supports business decisions, focusing on performance metrics, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide insights to the General Manager based on data trends within the FMCG sector.5. Meeting Management: Organize and attend meetings with or on behalf of the General Manager, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.Prepare agendas, coordinate presentations, and maintain meeting records for effective documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, ideally within the FMCG industry.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business software.High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive support. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with the FMCG industry's business processes and market trends.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience in supporting C-level executives is a plus.
