Position: Executive, Call Back, Cyber Security & Governance
Salary: RM 2,800 + (fixed allowance)
Work location: Shah Alam
Client Company: Banking & Finance

Working Hours
Working Days: 5 days a week
Off Days: 2 days a week (rotational basis)
Morning Shift: 7am – 4pm
Afternoon Shift: 2pm – 11pm

Must-have requirements:
• Flexible & able to work on shift and 100% work from office
• Bachelor Degree in Banking related, Security, IT related is preferred.
• Experience in Banking or Call Centre experience will be an added advantage
• Possess good Microsoft Office skills in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good command of English

Job Purpose:
• Review and monitor various reports, logs and transaction data to identify unusual trends and activities which is suspicious nature. 
• Attempt calls to customer based on the list provided to verify the transactions/activities and ensure daily productivity achieved 
• To update daily logs and submit daily report on successful call back and customer status updates 
• To detect suspicious customers, unauthorized enrolment/activities or transactions and take the necessary steps to prevent financial loss.
