- In-depth knowledge and understanding of auction /retail / wholesale/ franchise and non-franchise network/processes, knowledge and application of legal/statutory requirements regarding default handling, remarketing, vehicle clearance, registration etc.

- Knowledge to ensure optimal utilization of sales channels.

- Legal knowledge on legal matters pertaining to hire purchase, default handling and remarketing documentations.

- Professional & Interpersonal skills: Negotiation Skill, Good Customer Services experiences and Problem Solving Skill.

- Process knowledge: Collection Processes, Legal Processes, Remarketing Processes and Loss Recovery Processes.

- PC skills: Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Language skills: Good spoken and written English and conversant in Malay. Knowledge in conversing Mandarin will be an added advantage.
