Executive - Event Project Management

As a Project Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery. Reporting to the Manager/Director, your main responsibilities will include:
Achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.Managing all sales-related activities, including proposal generation, client presentations, and negotiations, ensuring client satisfaction from project initiation to completion.Coordinating and overseeing the end-to-end project delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.Collaborating with internal teams (creative, marketing, operations) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors) to ensure project alignment and seamless execution.Preparing and submitting detailed monthly reports to management, including project progress, sales performance, and insights for improvement.Supporting in budget management and ensuring projects are delivered within the allocated financial resources.Continuously monitoring project performance, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
