Executive - Fit Out (Ioi Damansara Mall)

Responsibilities
To conduct meetings with tenants, consultants and contractorsTo coordinate with internal departments such as Leasing and Project team on M&E provisions and handover datesTo review and improve on retail shop's design and materials usedTo review architectural drawing submissionsTo liaise with M&E consultant on tenant's M&E drawing submissionsTo review and comment tenant's drawing submissionTo conduct shop lot handovers, vacant possessions and routine inspectionsTo coordinate upgrading and reconfiguration works within the mallTo execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the CompanyRequirements
Degree /Diploma on Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent with experience in retail design and fit-outFresh graduate are encourage to apply, must possessed own transport and willing work in Damansara Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environmentExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
