Executive for Business Development & New Programme Development Job Responsibilities: Identify new academic and professional programme opportunities in alignment with the college's goals and market demands.Conduct market research to analyze student needs, industry trends, and competitors to guide new programme proposals.Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HODs) and faculty members to develop, review, and propose new academic programmes.Assist in preparing and submitting proposals for new programmes to the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), HrdCorp and other accreditation bodies (MQA).Manage the end-to-end accreditation process for new programmes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Foster partnerships with industry stakeholders and other educational institutions to enhance programme offerings.Monitor and evaluate the success and performance of new programmes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Provide regular reports and updates to the management on business development activities and the status of new programmes.
 Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Familiarity with higher education regulations, HrdCorp and programme accreditation processes.Strong communication, research, and networking skills.Experience in programme development, project management, or related roles in an educational environment.Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative staff.
