Key Accountabilities:  In search of an excellent communicator and spend 50% of their time out there in the marketplace to gain assurances that the channel's retail health is good and meeting expectations.Keep both eyes open to changes in the retail landscape and where redONE partner outlets stand in the hierarchy especially the Premier Shop in terms of their appearance, signage integrity, in shop discipline and etc.Must have a clear understanding and gain relevant insights on the landscape of the area where this channel retail partner operates, competitor information, popular places of economic activity, device hubs, universities and where is the best place to maximize OOH assets in terms of geography.All these insights gained in the market channel must be documented in a PowerPoint deck and articulate the findings to the audience.Vitally, must have a clear understanding and knowledge of competitor activation and activities in formulating the correct strategy to drive retail performance and dominance in the channel.
 Job Responsibilities:  Collection of location-based data by ensuring accurate communication regarding product distribution, merchandising & compliance of retail-based partners.Gaining a clear understanding of demographic data like neighborhood description, store conditions, street view, point of the congregation, economic centres, device hubs, education and etc.To paint a holistic view of the physical location where products are distributed.Gathering data assessment of a competitor's performance in-store provides a benchmark from which to analyze a brand's performance. Assess product placement across multiple brands and products, including competitor information about ongoing promotions on mobile plans (postpaid and prepaid) and devices.Gain insights and knowledge on the latest method of displaying POSM, signage, lightbox, retail kiosks and etc. by ground visits and documenting these findings.Monitor products on the shelf including share-of-shelf, retailer compliance, and competitors.Verify if products are well stocked (PS) and understand inventory & trends in comparison to competitor products from the open market.Get visual confirmation of the existing merchandising in a wide range of locations from the high street, malls, and education from urban to the outskirts.Gather information about products and services at physical locations with a clear understanding of the retail/competitor dealer universe.Managing vendors and understanding the cost structure of all go-to-market tools from the following but not limited to signages, giant banners, POSM, and display tools to kiosks.Interlocks with the sales team to provide state insights to GTM in recommending the right solutions to drive performance. Requirements: Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing/ or related field. Candidate must possess at least 3 - 5 years experience in Sales / Channel Management or be specializing in region sales or equivalent.Good communication skills, aggressive, dynamic, result-oriented, and presentation skills.Have a strong sense of urgency.Highly organized and able to meet and exceed tight dateline.Superb computer competence, including database managementPersonal strength: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative skill with the ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and a team player.Preferable Telco experience, but not essential.Must possess own transport.
