Executive - Group Property Sales & Marketing

The Job: Executive all marketing and promotional strategies in order that the sales target can be achieved.Assist Superior in implementing & monitoring the execution of the sales & marketing team in order to achieve a high level of service and required quality standards.Check and prepare have required all media, advertisements, distribution leaflets, and marketing tools prior  to launching in order that the information enclosed is accurate.Organize, manage, and maintain all company documents, including contracts, proposals, and correspondence.Ensure version control, proper filing, and timely distribution of documents.Implement and maintain a digital  document management system for easy access and retrieval.Assist the sales team with the preparation of proposals and presentations.Generate sales report and track key performance indicators to help identify trends and opportunities.Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and generate sales reports as required.Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining financial records.Monitor, review, and report on all sales and marketing activities and result to the superior.Check and follow up on all related reports necessary in the operation of the sales department. The Incumbent: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing or equivalent.At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.Good oral and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Analytical and problem-solving skill, resourceful, strong project management, and execution skills.A good team player and result-oriented, ability to work under pressure and on-tight schedule in a dynamic working environment.Proficient in MS Office Application: PowerPoint, Word & Excel, CRM system and computer literate.
