Vacancy EXECUTIVE I, HR DATA MANAGEMENT & APPLICATION SUPPORT Description Responsible for data management, analytical and HR systems support to all HR & BU administrative staff (HQ & branches/properties) Tasks & Responsibilities Ensures the timely implementation of database changes to ensure accurate payrolls. Maintains impeccable records of change request approvals. Ensures the highest level of accuracy for data entered into HR data systems to ensure successful data audits. Review data entry in HRMS on a regular basis to review data accuracy and compliance Maintains user access in HRMS. Troubleshoots HRMS problems & ensures proper issue tracking and reporting. Assists HR/Management to write, maintain and support various reports using reporting tool. Train users on HRMS and employee self-service modules. Assists in data upload, data verification & integration when required Acts as a liaison between HR department/users and vendor Assists in HR system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical support Manage and liaise with Vendor for Change Request status including submit and monitor the progress of change requests to ensure proper closure. To coordinate any digital and automation project including HR system implementation by execute, monitor and support for full implementation. Education Degree in HR / Office System Management or equivalent.
