Executive - Marketing & Communications (Sunway Super App)

Duties:
Plan and execute the marketing communications plan to internal and external parties.Organize, execute and monitor communication campaigns (e-channels, social media, on-ground, etc.), and marketing events.Administer and manage communication channels and content.Manage and monitor the social media content, engagement and execution of social media campaigns and results.Manage and liaise with designers, vendors, business partners and business units to deliver marketing communications plan and promotional materials.Manage and liaise with advertising agency for all communication materials and events management.Manage and set up tactical promotions/campaigns in the Sunway Pals Loyalty Management System (LMS).Evaluate marketing activities and Ideate for continuous improvements on performance of marketing initiatives.Analyse, monitor and measure marketing activity effectiveness and track performance (increase sales, followers, building awareness, engagement, content and message).Provide creative writing and proofread marketing materials (brochure, website, social media, website content and etc).Any related duties as and when assigned from time to time. Minimum Qualifications: Possess a degree from any recognized institution specializing in Marketing, Mass Communication or its equivalent in any discipline;Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant field, experience in loyalty program, product marketing, retail marketing and campaign management;Excellent communication skills and is highly persuasive;Self-starter/Independent, initiative and persistent;Good command of English and Malay language, Mandarin will be an added advantage;Result-oriented. *Our recruitment team will reach out to shortlisted candidates only.
