Greetings from Mutiara Spaces! Job Purpose To assist in planning and executing the department's objectives with strategic events that drives foot traffic, brand awareness, and ultimately, sales for the shopping mall and its tenants.
Key Accountabilities A. Events & Promotion Spaces (Casual Leasing) - Shopping Mall Identify, plan and execute internally driven marketing and promotional spaces together with Marketing team in order to achieve:
• Strong market presence
• Reinforce brand identity and positioning
• Attract increased traffic from desired target market segments
• Tenants sales sustainabilityFollow up and reply on proposals received from tenants/external parties on promotion spaces.Propose new and relevant activities eg pop-up, workshop, children activities, indoor bazaar to drive the relevant target audience to the Mall.Maintain harmonious tenant relations to achieve:
• Cross promotion initiatives amongst tenants
• Increased market presenceCreate new possible areas in the Mall for revenue generation and also assisting under-performing tenants.Supervise, guide and assume overall responsibility for the proper implementation of all promotional events.Secure high impact external events which will bring additional traffic into the mall through various forms of collaborations.Achieve monthly income targets from profitable marketing and rental of promotion spaces.Prepare post mortem report for events/promotions and identify areas for improvements. B. Operational Duties Coordinate inter-departmental liaison towards implementation of marketing and promotions activities.Ensure smooth set-up, installation, dismantling, handover of event set-up and promotion spaces.Attend to issues at point of event/promotions and to ensure the event/promotions run smoothly.
C. Administrative Duties Keep abreast of industry issues and to act on opportunities identified to ensure higher rate of marketing effectiveness.
