This position is responsible in driving customer engagement, brand loyalty, and revenue growth for our pharmacy chain. This position will involve creating and executing targeted advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and marketing strategies to attract customers, increase foot traffic, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute advertising campaigns to promote our retail pharmacy services, products, and offerings across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, in-store signage, and social media.Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns and promotional activities, using metrics such as foot traffic, sales uplift, coupon redemption rates, and customer feedback, to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the retail pharmacy sector to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in marketing strategies.Manage advertising budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets and ROI objectives.Deal with suppliers to secure marketing sponsorship for running marketing activities and promotions.Negotiate pricing with suppliers and vendors, identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality or availability, and to drive revenue growth.Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, media outlets, vendors, and community organizations, to leverage co-marketing opportunities and maximize brand exposure.Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop and optimize online advertising campaigns, email marketing campaigns, and social media promotions tailored to the retail pharmacy audience. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications or any related field.Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience, preferable within the retail pharmacy or healthcare industry. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and techniques to measure campaign performance and ROI.Excellent negotiation, interpersonal skills, and an assertive approach in supplier communications. Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin because will required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and compelling content ideas.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
