We are looking

for EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF Job Summary: Responsible for the overall pastry kitchen operations including but not limited to; budgeting and controlling pastry kitchen operational cost, pastry production and develop seasonal offerings with product rotation. Responsible to create high quality pasty and dessert dishes with the standard recipes and presentations to maintain quality standards and consistency of product. To ensure highest cleanliness and hygiene standard in the pastry and bakery section. Maintaining high level of staff engagement and guest satisfaction according to the Hotel standard. Supervises and guides all staffs to ensure adherence of hotels policies and procedures. Requirements: Possesses a Degree/Diploma/Certificate in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent. Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity with 5 stars international class hotel. Good knowledge of different types of pastry, dessert and cake decorating with creativity. Posses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays. Excellence in guest service management, self-motivator, creative and passionate to lead by example. Good leadership quality who strives and consistently deliver business result.
