**Responsibilities**:- If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us Functional (job responsibilities)- Aggressively source and book new loans for the Bank.- Marketing & selling personal loan/business cash loan/ asb loan & cross sell credit cards & other banks products.- Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance.- Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer.- Attend road shows and etc. when required.- To actively promote Unsecured Personal Loan products.- Cross selling other banking products, when required.- Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling.- Ensure Bank's interest is protected at all times.- Comply with Bank's policies, guidelines and regulations at all times.- To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.Organizational (organizational responsibilities)- Adhering to department process and procedures in complying with audit, regulatory, and compliance.- Respect the HLB culture & take an active role in the communities.- Participate and display teamwork in all aspect of work, projects and assignments, Group Management Programs etc. at all times.Benefits
