Projects Handle: Kuala Lumpur – Pantai Sentral ParkIJM Rimbayu Responsibilities: Handle sales inquiries from walk-in or call-in customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.Monitor sales processes in accordance with ISO standards, following up on loan applications and liaising with solicitors.Complete and review necessary documents and forms related to sales transactions.Participate in the preparation and execution of launches and promotional events.Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, demands, and comparable market prices.Follow up with relevant parties as necessary to ensure smooth sales operations. JOB REQUIREMENTS Possess a Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Management or a related discipline.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training provided.Candidates with relevant work experience will have an added advantage.Communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
