Executive/Senior Executive - Accounts (Based In Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities: Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset and general ledger of the company.To perform and ensure timely and proper monthly closing and management reporting.Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.Handle daily collection of cash and cheque, prepare cashbook and reconcile cash and cheque receipt with cash book.Issuing Account Receivable billing, debit/ credit note, data entry of Account Payable invoices, PV and JV for any adjustment with approval from Finance Manager.To conduct bank and other reconciliation.To prepare accounting schedule and liaise with auditors and tax agent.To assist in ad-hoc assignments from time to time. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, ACCA/ LCCI or its equivalent (Partial ACCA qualification is also acceptable)Minimum 2 to 4 years relevant working experience in the hospitality industry.Independent, committed, proactive, possess initiative and willing to learn.Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).Candidates who are able to communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage as role requires candidate to deal with Chinese speaking clients.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Willing to work in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur.
