Executive / Senior Executive - Company Secretarial

Assist the Head of Group Company Secretarial in all aspects of company secretarial duties and ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Capital Markets & Services Act 2007 and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.Active involvement and participation in Board meetings, committee meetings and AGMs/EGMs and timely preparation of minutes of those meetings.Update and maintain all statutory records.Liaise with other departments within the Group, the Companies Commission of Malaysia and other relevant Regulators. QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess ICSA / MIA qualification / Diploma / Degree in Corporate Administration / Legal / Secretarial Practice / Business Administration or equivalentMinimum two (2) years relevant working experience.Excellent spoken & written Bahasa Malaysia and English.Exposure to Public Listed Companies will be an added advantageFAMILIAR & EXPERT with the Companies Act 2016, SSM, Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Capital Markets & Services Act 2007 and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, responsible and hardworking.
