RESPONSIBILITIES : 
Responsible to update manpower database and resume folder and ensure that information is updated & kept current.Assist HOD in sourcing activities, typing and preparing for Bidding and Tender Submission i.e., collect details for accommodation, transportation, flight ticket, mobilization, demobilization, expedite relevant certificates & prepare table of summary.Liaise with Partner's representative(s) on technical queries and provide necessary inputs according to Tender/Proposal requirement.Manage full life – cycle recruitment activities such as job advertising, interview, salary negotiation and others.Source qualified candidates and prepare resume in Clients standard format for tendering / manpower proposal submission.Identify the right candidates for the right job vacancies and update proposed candidates list and summary.Administer Manpower contract (i.e collecting & maintain timesheet, annual leave, overtime, meal allowance, prepare monthly summary for salary & invoice tracking etc).Review timesheet / overtime / annual leave and medical leave from personnel or any claim form. Make summary for salary process.Complete document for invoicing for Finance process.Liaise with employees on mobilization/demobilization and contract status. Prepare Contract of Service for newly hired employees.Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment events. REQUIREMENT : 
Bachelor Degree in any Business Management, Human Resources or related field.Minimum 1-3 years working experience.Willing to travel.
