Export Sales Coordinator (5 Days Work, Immediate

**Responsibilities**:- Manage day-to-day export sales activities. Track and maintain existing customers, capable of completing export declaration documents independently.- Ensure that export shipments are scheduled on time.- Develop and increase sales for existing export customers by maintaining good commercial relationships and constantly reviewing monthly and quarterly sales performance.- Oversee overseas business, be familiar with the export process, resolve sales inquiries, customer development and follow-up, contract signing, and document management.- Assist with product translation and the improvement of product descriptions.**Job Requirements**:- With a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.- Good communication skills.- Good interpersonal, decisive, and mature personality.- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa.- The ability to speak fluent Mandarin would be an added advantage.- Self-starter, independent, and possess a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure and multitask.Working days: Monday to Friday.
