Export Sales Executive

Responsibilities:Attend and follow up on existing and new overseas enquiries.
Identify business/sales opportunities and promote company products and services.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
Work closely with the Product Manager for company product matters.
Understand customer requirements and handle their feedback.
Prepare regular sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Prepare sales forecasts for management review.
Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
Address customer complaints promptly and resolve any issues amicably to enhance excellent customer relationships.
Provide support and assistance to the Department Manager to ensure every sales order is completed on time and follow up on project status with internal and external parties.
Prepare quotations pertaining to customers' requirements.
Provide potential customers with relevant up-to-date product information and pricing.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Knowledge of export regulations may be an advantage.
At least 2 years of working experience in sales, marketing, or export-related roles.
Experience in dealing with overseas clients is highly preferred.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written, as the job requires dealing with customers internationally.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Familiarity with export documentation and procedures.
Willing to travel internationally when required.
