F&B Service Crew

Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu- Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms.- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and look presentable for guests- Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed.- Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policyPay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)- F&B waiter/waitress: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)License/Certification:- Typhoid (preferred)- Food Handling Certificate (preferred)Application Deadline: 04/01/2024
