Job DescriptionDrives the entire maintenance program for Dexcom Facilities utilising the latest practises and CMMS programs.Maintains a high regards for ethics and ensure compliance to all company's standards.Drives project compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.Serves as a member of the Facilities Engineering Leadership Team involved in driving long term strategies for the organization.
Partners with the Facilities Director to provide the relevant inputs regarding long term strategies.
Sets direction for the Facilities Maintenance organization and provides communication to team and leadership.Manages suppliers' performance and provides strategic direction for improvementManages the quality specifications for facilities related maintenance.Manages the execution of audits on site.
