employee.You'll get to be: Responsible for facilities maintenance for Building, Electrical, Scrubber, Compressor (PMT), Cranes (PMA), HVAC, LEV, WWTP and DI Plant.Execute and implement an effective maintenance program to comply with operational standards and regulatory requirement to ensure efficient, reliable and uninterrupted plant operation.Ensure audit readiness by complying EHS standard, regulatory and customer requirement.Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out as per EHS procedures.Ensure proper 5S maintained of all internal and external facilities.Participate in continuous process improvement efforts aimed at improving productivity and facility equipment efficiency.Manage cost of maintenance in line with budget provisions.Support the manufacturing to achieve productivity targets through maximum machine uptime.Train new technicians and ensuring that safety aspects are adhered to during the performance of maintenance work.Manage spare part for facility equipment.Allow to bring in vendor/suppliers for spares and improvement projects in collaboration with purchasing team.Perform other task assigned by superior or company from time to time.You love to also have:Bachelor's degree in mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering.Minimum 5 years hands on and supervision experience in Maintenance & Facilities function.Certified in Environmental Professional for Scrubber Operation (CePSO).Certified in Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM) is added advantage.Experience in ISO Class 5, 7 and 8 cleanroom maintenance.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office.Knowledge of relevant regulations related to facility maintenance.Displays a leadership approach based on values such as pursuit of excellence, discipline, integrity, customer focus, trust and teambuilding.Have good communications skills, & good problem-solving abilities, decision making skill.Willing to work with production line and maintenance people to understand operations and put in place systems for effective and efficient operations management and control.A team player able to work across department balancing the need for customer satisfaction and improved plant
