Must possess a diploma in logistics related discipline; or a Bachelor degreepreferably in logistics related discipline, business management or economics &statistics. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience is necessary. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office/ Advance in Excel/PowerPoint will beneeded. Proven track sales track record Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of theorganization. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and negotiation skills.  Analytical / problem solver – able to understand overall strategic issues as wellas tactical objectives and able to relate data/ information logically andconsistently to those strategies and objectives. Able to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills - fluent in spoken & written English. Ability to work and deliver results within agreed timeline. Attention-to-details, and diligent. Ability to work with multi-cultural environment. Overall field sales management for central / northern / southern region. Identifying potential business sector and initiate strategy to win new business. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution ofbusiness plans. Able to review contracts and negotiate with customers. Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and key decision makerswithin the customer's organization. Coordinate with the Site Operation centre for smooth handling and operationflow. Monthly monitoring of sales performance inclusive forecast and reports. Maintain administration, appraisal and relevant reporting and planning stems. Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporatedirection, mission, aims and activities
