Note: This role is posted for future Goodyear opening in Sales. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to grow the sales of our products within the assigned region. Set and achieve sales quotas and market share objectives in line with company goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including government contracts, corporate clients, and project leads. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to management on market conditions and competitive landscape. Coordinate with distributor sales and technical teams to enhance performance and support fleet visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3 – 5 years of experience in end-to-end account management, implementation of sales programs, business development and sales data analysis Must have retail or modern trade and distributor management experience Experience in tyre/automotive industry is a plus Goodyear is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
