**Responsibilities**:- To assist and provide administration support in weekly management reporting.- To prepare month end reconciliation account.- To keep track of rent payments from tenants.- To collect, compile and check utility meter readings on a monthly basis.- To process and record rental invoices and receipts to tenants.- To monitor and ensure compliance with DOSH's requirements.- Any ad-hoc task that is given by superior.**Requirements**:**Education & Qualification**- Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Administrative / Business Management /Finance or any related field.**Relevant Experience & Years of Service**- Minimum 2 years work experience in relevant field is preferred.**Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge & Competencies**- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skill.- Detail-oriented.- Good team player and ability to multi-task.- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
