**Key Responsibilities**:**1. Financial Planning and Analysis**:- Develop, monitor, and refine financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including budget vs. actual analysis, variance explanations, and forecasts.**2. Budgeting and Forecasting**:- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish realistic financial targets.- Prepare regular forecasts to identify potential financial gaps and opportunities for cost optimization.**3. Financial Operations**:- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.- Oversee cash flow management, optimizing working capital and liquidity to meet operational needs.- Monitor and manage credit and collections to minimize outstanding debts.**4. Compliance and Reporting**:- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and support audit processes.**5. Team Leadership**:- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their growth and development.- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and promote cross-functional communication.**6.
