Job Responsibilities:
• Performing basic business development activities such as identifying, soliciting and acquiring potential clients.
• Meeting up with potential clients to assess their current financial situations based on their financial needs, challenges, short-term and long-term goals.
• Offering professional consultations and ethical advice to improve client's financial positioning.
• Developing personalised financial plans to help clients in growing wealth, boosting savings, planning for retirement, building emergency funds, etc.
• Maintaining strong and healthy relationship with clients through frequent follow ups such as periodical reviews and updates on latest market development.
• Preparing, maintaining and communicating financial records to the clients.
• Attending periodical meetings and training and development programmes for continuous self-improvement.
• Achieving personal sales target for assigned financial products or services.
We seek passionate, dedicated and ethical individuals that are:
• Malaysian Possess at least STPM, diploma or foundation degree qualifications
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior financial services, sales or business development experience will be an added advantage
• Candidate must be comfortable with meeting new people and performance targets
• Preferably possess own transport and willing to work and travel within Klang Valley
