As a Flex Operator at Melexis, you will perform all required actions to ensure that equipment is running correctly and that data is logged accurately.
More specifically, you will:
Execute all required testing procedures, starting handlers and moving materials according to process specifications, quality requirements, and planning definitions to ensure manufacturing objectives are achieved in your area.
Detect and communicate any process deviations during the shift and at the end of each shift (shift change) to initiate early corrective action and minimize manufacturing impact.
Apply procedures and work instructions to guarantee quality, yield, and efficiency within manufacturing process steps.
Solve basic known problems with well-described solutions.
Provide input in the process of continuous improvement of quality and productivity to support cost control and optimal response to customer needs.
Execute all required visual inspections and peel force tests to start up a handler in Back End or perform visual inspections (incoming and outgoing) and quality control for Probing.
Record and modify timely and correct production data according to the different steps in the process.
Work according to the 5S standard to reach the local KPIs.
Your profileAble to read, write, and understand basic English.
Able to work with manufacturing test setups and equipment to guarantee quality and productivity outputs.
Able to read and apply work instructions related to manufacturing.
Able to work within safety and environmental guidelines.
Good to have knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flows.
Good to have experience in operating with the Oracle ERP system.
Willing to work on a rotating shift (12 hours shift).
